Cancellation and Deposit Policy
To best serve our customers and our staff, we require a $20 deposit to book any appointments. The deposit amount will be charged at the time of booking and will be refunded at the time of cancellation.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, so your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Please cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Refunds for timely cancellations are processed within 2 business days and credited to the original payment method. Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the appointment, or noâshows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We reserve the right to make exceptions, but such exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of management.
